Hashim Akib Workshop

Network Arts workshop featured a demo from Hashim Akib - an artist who uses a really wide (5') flat brush and acrylic paint. No mixing just heavy loading of paint. Attempted a couple of pieces using the same technique although I didn't have a wide enough brush.

Love the photo this is painted from. Second time I've painted it, bit looser this time. Might be an entry for the Art in the Park exhibition.
